Job Description
1. Brand & Creative Materials
- In charge of the creation and updates of company branding assets (logo, sales materials, corporate profile, website content, and brand manual).
- Manage weekly updates on creative materials and visual brand assets.
- Design IDs, business cards, Teams profiles, certificates, and layout requests from any department when necessary.
- Support branding refresh initiatives and improvements.
2. Multimedia Creation & Oversight
- Produce multimedia content such as graphics, videos, animations, and other digital materials for company-wide use.
- Ensure collaterals for events are delivered.
- Supervise outputs from the Creative Specialist, especially for social media, events, and sales materials.
- Present a weekly creative report during Monday meetings.
3. Internal Events Creatives
- Create the main visuals for events like Elevate, Town Halls, Christmas Parties, and other internal programs.
- Submit all event visuals.
- Provide creative direction during live events when needed, working with the Marks & Comms team.
4. Collaboration with Content Marketing
- Work closely with the content marketing team to ensure creative outputs align with communication goals.
- Coordinate creative direction for social media posts and EDM (email marketing) materials.
- Stay updated with current design and social media trends and incorporate them into Microgenesis branding.
5. Sales & Vendor-Aligned Creatives
- Develop EDM layouts and visuals for sales campaigns and events.
- Produce mock-ups and creative giveaways for events, partners, and distributor collaborations.
- Ensure all co-branded materials align with vendor guidelines and Microgenesis standards.
6. Production & Event Support
- Assist in production requirements for sales events—including manpower coordination and technical needs.
- Support creative requirements during actual runs when necessary.
7. Internal Creative Support (HR)
- Provide employee headshots (100% coverage).
- Produce business cards for ExCom, department heads, BSMs, and sales teams.
- Create templates for Job Hiring posts across HR and social media channels.
- Support internal creative needs such as certificates, letterheads, and other required materials.
8. Additional Creative Tasks
- Support Town Hall creatives including EDMs, posters, banners, and OBBs.
- Lead the creative work for R&R events (logo, shirt designs, LED wall visuals, and event coverage).
- Assist other departments with creative requests such as PPT templates and certificates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Communication Arts, Graphic Design, Marketing, or related fields
- 2–4 years of experience in creative design, multimedia production, or branding
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing design and multimedia work
- Can manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Detail-oriented and consistent in applying branding guidelines
- Comfortable collaborating with various teams
- Experience in event coverage is a plus
