Job Summary:
This role is responsible for implementing and supporting network security solutions, providing timely post-sales support, and assisting with pre-sales activities such as solution design, documentation, and demonstrations.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Install and provide swift post-sales support to external customers, consistently meeting targeted turnaround times.
- Continuously enhance product and solution expertise through self-study, testing, simulations, and attending internal, vendor-sponsored, and industry training events.
- Achieve technical certifications via self-study, sponsored programs, and paid examinations.
- Support pre-sales activities by preparing designs, Bills of Materials (BOMs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Proof of Concepts (POCs), demos, and presentations.
- Offer in-house IT support for Microgenesis’s internal servers and storage.
- Conduct training sessions for internal and external customers, as well as for co-engineers (cross-training).
- Manage reporting and coordination, including preparing and submitting CRM and email activity reports, service slips, and maintaining continuous communication with the TSC Coordinator.
- Fulfill additional duties as assigned by TSC supervisors and managers.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
