Data center Facilities
Data centers made your way.

Though technology has evolved greatly since the first data center infrastructures were made in the 1940s, their purpose is the same: to be a secure location for multiple servers, systems, power supply sources, and more. Microgenesis can provide you with various data center services and solutions to help increase the efficiency of your current data infrastructure.

Tired of tangled, unorganized wires cluttering your workspace? A structured cabling system (SCS) is a fixed wiring system that helps you organize and manage your network and cables. They consist of overhead or underground routes that keep your cable wires hidden from plain sight, and at the same time protected and organized.

An Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) is a device or system that provides a continuous stream of electricity to data centers. They serve as a backup power supply like that of a generator in case the main power supply goes out. They are also used to keep servers running during maintenance, and are a crucial component needed for any data center.

Keep an eye on your data centers even when you are in another room with a CCTV system. This is a set of surveillance cameras that can be placed at different locations and transmit camera feeds to specific monitors. This system allows you to further secure your data center, providing video footage of who enters and exits your server room.

Since servers cannot be turned off, issues such as downtime or equipment failure can happen when your engineers may not be there to fix them. An EMS allows you to remotely monitor your servers, notifying you immediately about any issues that might occur.

Stream videos or media from anywhere in the world with a Universal Media System. A UMS allows you to stream video files of varying formats to a wide range of devices such as consoles, smartphones, television sets, Blu-ray players, and more. It formats files into playable videos for you depending on the device, making it easier to share content remotely.

Data centers don’t need to be stuck in one room forever. With a modular data center, you can create a customizable unit or module to carry your computer servers to other locations. They are built to keep your servers safe and working and range from a small external casing to a walk-in style building.  A modular data center adds flexibility and portability to your existing data infrastructure.

Data center protection and monitoring are made easy with a biometrics/card access system. Review who has access to your business’ data centers, security controls, and keep track of your employees’ attendance. As it is completely dependent on the person’s fingerprints, threats of falsified access requests are easily controlled and eradicated.

Attend meetings, webinars, or conferences from any location with an AV/Video Conferencing system. Webcams and remote conferencing applications (Zoom, Teams, etc.) are an essential addition to keeping your employees aligned, both at home and at the office.

Power your data center servers either onsite or remotely with a Rack Power Distribution Unit (rPDU) It controls, monitors, and distributes electricity from the main power source into all I.T. equipment in your data centers, such as the servers, computers, and generators. Pairing it with a Rack Cabinet will ensure both a better cable management system and proper power distribution.

Opt. 1: Enhance your security system with the right Video Management Software (VMS). A VMS allows you to monitor your data center’s security systems either remotely or onsite. Other features include automatic alerts, 24-hour recording, multiple live feeds, and more.

Since data servers need to stay on at all hours, it is possible for them to overheat and fail. A PACU/CRAC system makes sure that your data server room is kept at a specific cold temperature to avoid this happening.
